Isaiah and Sandy each ran their own real estate media companies before merging forces to create Maven X. They saw an industry flooded with mediocre content and a major pain point: clients spending thousands on marketing only for their reels to get likes from followers instead of generating actual business. They knew there was a better way.
What started as a real estate media company in Santa Cruz quickly evolved into something bigger. Clients did not just want photos and videos. They wanted a partner who understood their business, their audience, and the strategy behind every piece of content. So that is exactly what Maven X became.
Today, what started as two people has grown into a team of 14, with dedicated video, finance, and admin teams across five markets. We produce everything from cinematic flagship videos and commercial brand films to full-funnel paid advertising systems and monthly social media content. Every service we offer exists because a client needed it and we built it to the highest standard.
